Mild front end clunk????

I'm getting a mild front end clunk that I can feel/hear in the steering wheel/front end. It happens only occasionally at slow speeds (5-15mph) while in a turn. When I say "occassionally" I mean maybe once every 100 miles of around town driving. I had 2 inch front lift spacers (steel) installed about 3k miles ago by a local shop, that by my standards...does half-azzed work.

I don't think it's serious and I'm gonna check everything that those monkeys had their hands on. What I'm asking here, is there a known problem with factory 3500's that fits this description that may not be due to the lift?

Did you change your shocks? stock size will top out and make a clunk.

Still have factory shocks but it doesn't happen during any drastic suspension movement.

There have been several threads about ball joints... which usually start out sounding like you are talking about...

My 03 2500 did that after I installed my metal 2" lift kit. When I turned the wheel back and fourth , it clunked......it was one of the steering arms or links that was not tight enough.....This was about 2 1/2 years ago...... ......I looked in my manual and found the torques, ...It was not torqued to spec....once I torqued it....no more clunk.

Try tightening your track bar where it bolts to the frame on the driver's side. I installed KORE early last year and a month ago I started getting a clunk when I would turn the wheel during slow turns. It was tight already, but I put a little more persuasion on it and no more clunk.
