Unhappy Looks like I'm off to the dealer this week

Over the last couple weeks I've been noticing a little roughness on idle only. It would only occur after the truck was throughly warmed up and then parked for at least an hour. On the restart, it would have just a very, very slight roughness to the idle with no other symptoms. Today, I started it this afternoon, 63* outside and it had pronounced miss and blue smoke everywhere. I had the smoke flash done in early 05 and have had no issues with smoke at start up. I ran the key and it did not show any codes. Anybody want to guess?

Sounds like injectors to me. Had the same issue with mine. Hopefully not. Do you still have warranty left?

You didn't list any weird noises in the motor there Trad. If there are none, my 1st guess would be a bad ECM.

I've still got plenty of warranty. I'm at 67k but I paid for 100k bumper to bumper.

Blue smoke=oil......white smoke=unburned fuel or coolant
