Looking for opinions on new truck

My dealer told me the difference in payload between the 2500 and 3500 SRW was 450 lbs. Not much for the difference in cost. I like manual trans. they just seem to have more durabilty in diesels than auto's. JMHO. Terry. Oh,..and white is THE fastest color I believe.

Well I was driving back from a roping last night, thinking about my options for trucks. I am going to a truck roping at the end of this month, hopefully lightning will strike twice. If I win that truck I may just make sure that it is auto and srw, and just give it to my dad, as a back up truck for me. Then I could really upgrade my truck with nice things, like air bags, charge-air coolers, and hood scoops just to name a few. But I may need this truck checked out this week.
