I have recently seen a list of codes for our trucks, I have tried to search for this but can not find the list (several pages long) Does anyone know where I can find this ? Im looking in reference to the codes that read out on the dash.

This is a very complete list of codes.

Will most off the shelf scanners and programs read all these codes or can you only read all the codes on this list with the Dealership/Dodge software????

Also are their more codes that only the dealers software can retrieve??

The off the shelf scanners will read all of the Generic codes, but may not read or interpret any of the manufacturer specific codes. The first part of the list are the generic codes the expanded bottom I believe are the Chrysler specific codes. For those you need a DRBIII or StarScan Chrysler scanner or a third party scanner that has the Chrysler specific codes loaded. This is usually an additional option for the high end scanners.
