Its A Small Problem, But....

Has anybody noticed a small amount of static coming thru the stereo system on their new truck?. We have an 06 model with 6700 miles on it. I finally got some quiet time in the truck WITHOUT my wife talking and I noticed it. I tried isolating it to one particular speaker, no help. changed channels, no help. Put a CD in, still there. Operated various electrical functions on the truck such as lights, wipers, window motors, mirrors, seat... nothing made it change. Its got a sound almost like a busted speaker just not a noticeable and like I say, you can't isolate it to one speaker.... I'm wondering if its AC voltage bleeding back thru the electrical system from the alternator. maybe the alternator needs an auxillary case ground?.... Any help is appreciated. I'm worried that if I take it to the dealership, they either won't find anything or the they will rip my whole truck apart and find nothing.
