will a aftermarket cold air intake increase turbo whine?

yes it will AFE will increase it pretty well mine sounds like a jet engine!!! and i love it

Pop out the silincer ring and put on the intake and get ready to grin from ear to ear. It sounds realy realy good.

People brake their necks to see what is flying by them.

I have an AFE stage 2 minus silencer ring its great. Easily twice as loud as my 97 with K&N minus silencer.
