Don is a busy guy, i wouldn't expect an overnight turn around, maybe a few weeks. you need to contact one of the F1 dealers like Rip at Source Automotive. The pricing depends on whats wrong with them. seems like some folks end up paying around $250 per injector for repairs plus the nozzles are like ~$1100. still cheaper than a new set and you know they working right and flow balanced. I would add 2mic filtration so you get a decent life out of repaired ones...

I would go onto F1's website & check to see if any of his venders have any standard sizes. Then you would have to wait that long for a turn-around time.

I believe that for the $1100, it includes the testing of all 6 injectors.

I dealt with Rip/Bill @ Source Auto in Portland Org area. There is lots of other guys listed on F1 site that are very good to deal with. I got to meet Rip in person @ the sema show in vegas. So thats why he got my business. You have to phone on of Don's dealers to see how long of a turn around is or how busy he is. From the time I sent my injectors from Alberta to Texas & back was 8 days. Don went thru them put 40hp tips on them. Think its around $1100 to check them out & put tips on. Cost more if there is something wrong. DSG in Saskatoon can check out CR injectors but cant fix them. Heard the GSL diesel can repair CR injectors there in Edmonton.

Wicked Diesel sells the newest Stainless Steel bodies the cheapest I have seen.
If I send my Flux 3's in, I would send them through Brown's Diesel because they are close to me. But heard Don is backed up 3 months as of right now.
