Injector replacement and priming

I have a 2007 Ram 2500 with a 5.9 (195K Miles) and just replaced all six injectors. A reputable shop want $6000 so I elected to do the work myself over a 3 day period. After getting the engine all re-assembled and the batteries re-connected I cycled the lift pump 3 times in preparation of priming the injectors. I then loosened the #1,3 & 4 injector fuel lines to prime the fuel system before cranking the engine. I never got any fuel at the injectors after cranking it 10 different times. In trouble shooting I loosened the inlet fuel line banjo fitting to the CP3 HP fuel pump and cycled the lift pump again and did not get any fuel to the high pressure pump from the fuel filter. I then put a couple pounds of air to the fuel tank and cycled the lift pump again which produced a good stream of fuel so I re-tightened the banjo fitting. I then cranked the engine again to get fuel at the loose injectors and got nothing. I loosened the fuel supply to the bottom of the common rail manifold and still wasn't getting any fuel from the high pressure fuel pump. There was nothing wrong with the pump before I R&R'd the injectors so I don't know why I'm not getting any fuel output now. I'd really love to get this running tomorrow. If its electronic I don't have a code reader?
