Injector O rings

I just pulled my injectors to have them rebuilt come to find out thats not the problem so to install them do i need to put new copper shims and orings before i got back with them?

It would be best to replace them. make sure things are clean and lube the o rings with oil before installing them.

i was told that tisis a problem with 03-04.5 ctd's what were the symtoms of your problem beacuse i think i have the same problem also if you have replaced them, how hard was it?
