Is it an Injector or Head Gasket???????

I have recently noticed that the once black cloud of smoke released from the exhaust now is a little grey.

For a some time now the truck would surge at when taking off and at times makes a lot of rattle at cuising speed. However the surging and rattle have been going on for a very long time and I have never seen any grey smoke.

Also, this smoke issue started after I quit driving this truck on a regular basis but every time you give it a little juice no matter how long it has been running the smoke released seems to be grey.

It starts very easy, I have been leaving it sitting for weeks at a time and it starts right up.

It does not Idle ruff either.

If your coolant level is not going down, it is not the head gasket.

I bet it's injectors.
