I need 6 new injectors due to RPM hang an hard starting. Truck has 187,000 miles on factory sticks and its parked in fear of damanging it, but I need it back on the road ASAP.

I've been reading and researching, and its my understanding only 3 shops in the US can actually build new injectors and have bosch certified CR test stands, but I can't figure out who they are. Best I can tell Bosch themselves is one of them, and their injectors aren't new for the 5.9, but reman as well.

I'm looking for a little more power that's stock truck friendly, clean running and dependable injector, and what I'm finding is the best options is a bosch "new" reman injector body with a new nozzle of my choice.

Can someone please enlighten me to the injection world of the 3rd gen 5.9? It would appear most any injector shop can get the bosch new rebuilt bodies, but a nozzle choice is wide open.

We have a shop here locally in central Texas that rebuilds.....back to stock only....there's F1 Diesel (Don M)....and Exergy Engineering. Those are the only ones I know of off hand. Might also try Motorsport Diesel.
