While I would expect the rod bearings to be fried, I'm just not sure that's it. It made the rest of the trip, about 380 miles, without coming apart. I doubt I could get that lucky. Not ruling it out though. Can't wait to see the oil analysis results, I suppose that will point us in the right direction.

I hope its not but i can almost tell you for sure thats what its is.let me know if i am wrong i dont see it being anything else.Dont feel bad i have been where you are for the last few weeks getting my motor back in the truck.Best of luck
