2003 HO with 325,000 miles. Same injectors although I am suspicious of them and think they are acting up. I have the 48re transmission and it's first rebuild was at 316,000 miles. I have towed 5th wheels over the years and this truck has been fantastic. I baby it mostly and have changed the oil on a regular basis every 5000 miles with synthetic Rotella. The track arm was upgraded several years ago because of the death wobble and fixed the issue. Ball joints have been replaced and the AC also.
