How hard is it to replace 06 injectors?

I am getting the injectors on my 06 checked on Wednesday by a dealership. If they need to be replaced, can I do it?
Is there instructions available somewhere?
What injectors are the best to use-want reliability and fuel economy, not too expensive?
Can I replace the nozzles instead of the injectors?

Sounds about right if you take your time. Someone who has done it a few times would take about 2-3 hour.

I pulled mine yesterday and sent them to F1. Took me about 3 hours to pull them and I was taking my time.

How are you guys getting them out. Any tricks with the prybars? Im petrified of cracking a body on an injector. Mine do not want to pull out of the head.

oh so they can twist in the bore before you pluck them out? I saw the key in the one side and assumed they had to come straight out.

I wrote this on one of your other posts. Did you remove the connector tubes? That would be the only reason they wouldn't come out other than the hold down bolts.
