Re:HO/48re on the ground!!!!
ok well since i have never owned a diesel and the last 2 dodge tranied were the 518 model im not sure if the right up is giving a thumbs up or not. it still sound like the programing needs to be adjusted and maybe only the torque converter got a major improvemnet. at any rate i hope its not a mistake to have order that setup still kicking ariund the idea of the standard it will keep the wife out of the truck but then no remote start and the traffic here is horible.

Dan
Dan's page

He's too busy driving his "best light diesel truck auto in existance" Duramax/Allison . That's right, he has gone back to the other side.

No, no, no. Dealseeker you misunderstood me. I said the Allison auto tranny is the best light truck auto around, I didn't mean the Dmax was the best engine. I think it is a good engine, but not as good as the Cummins. Now this you can quote me on, If Dodge had the Allison tranny it would be the best truck on the market, hands down. :'( :

I knew what you meant, Luke. "If Dodge had the Allison", but they don't and GM does, therefore you believe it is a superior truck, at least for your purposes.
