so, i'm curious how you know it's getting fuel to the injectors? Do you have a fuel press gauge after the filter and right before the injector pump? How much press do you have?
Are the grid heaters coming on? Wait to Start light working?
do you hear the lift pump working when you turn on the key?
Any codes?
We need more info in order to help much.

You probably have a leaking injector, there are two kinds, the latter of which you would want. Number one type will dump fuel into the crankcase, the other will let fuel leak back to the tank. Both types will not let fuel pressure build enough in the common rail for the ECM to signal start. I had the latter on #3 injector.

You may want to rule out the factory security before you start digging too far into pumps etc...Make sure you don't have the security light on. Maybe you need to relearn the keys (at the dealer).

Just something else to check.

Only time I ever had that happen to me on my truck it was the lift pump gone south!
