Sounds like you've pop'd the Fuel Rail Pressure Limiting Valve.

Its common on trucks that run pressure boxes too high. Pricey too.

If I am correct,if you keep the BD powerpup in the lower settings is does not use pressure, just timing.coobie

My truck is going to the dealership for that same code today. I'll let you know what they say. My stock truck has always got crap mileage.

I experienced that code at about 2K. I was stock - no box. The dealer claims that it occurs because you had the key on too long without starting the truck and it sets off a low pressure code. Mine actually happened while driving, so you tell me? I started researching what it COULD be all about after the lame stuff from the dealer. I picked up a rail pressure kit (plug and some hoses) just in case the valve opened again and stuck open leaving me without rail pressure along side the road. This is the actual problem with the valve when you throw the code during driving-it stays open a tad longer than it should.

I have not had the problem re-occur since, but I am not taking any chances, so I have the kit for a roadside repair. There is someone who has modified the valves and is selling them/or getting ready to sell them. Very expensive, kit was cheaper. If you add a pressure box you will end up capping the rail because of the valves limits.

Bricken, the dealer told me there was a reflash for a 191 and performed that on my truck. On a side note they put 80 PSI in all my tires for my poor mileage complaint. Well I guess they did something.
