Id get it or order direct from a Cummins place near you. It installs on the passenger side of the block and just route your cord up to where ever you want it with zip ties. Mine is zip tied to the pass. side front tow hook, but tucked through and behind the bumper. I think there is like a little plastic plug you pull out in the place where the plug, "plugs", into the block.

It's kind of a PITA to install; I removed the plastic intake tube between the airbox and the turbo, this made it much easier to get in there and install. I was in a rush and just baught mine through my local Dodge dealership, not as cheap but still not expensive enough to really complain about.

mine was very easy to install. just got under the truck and hooked it up. plugs into the passenger side of the block. mine came with spaced out tabs that just push through spaced out holes in the frame. took maybe 2 mins tops. bought my cord from the dealership and paid $20.

well worth it.
