5.9 hard start…. We went to the coast last weekend on a fishing trip and I was driving in 4x4 in deep sand at 5 mph for 30 minutes at a time.. After parking at our beach house and starting the truck an hour later to go to dinner the truck would turn over for a fews seconds before firing up. If I hit the gas pedal it seemed to help it fire up. THis happened a few times over a couple days.



Would the slow driving for extended periods cause any type of fueling issues or is this a sign I have a fuel pump going out? We are heading to Arkansas later this week and I don’t want to get stranded. Any tips or ideas? Are there any parts I should take with me in case I have a problem on the road? Cheers fellas
