P0628 Low Voltage Detected At The Fuel Lift Pump Relay

Means your fuel pump is going out. Don't continue to run the truck, you could damage the CP3.

P0483 Fan Speed

Get under the truck under the radiator, look for the wires going to the fan clutch assembly. They are probably cut. Do this with the truck off.

 

I had fan speed code once. The wires got into the fan and like madhat said, they were cut. I hit an unmarked construction joint on the freeway while towing that was so freaking hard and bad that it unlatched my hood. I was only doing 50 mph through there but the truck slammed hard. That was when the wires bounced into the fan, I got the code, and I lost cooling. Thanks to stupid Cal Trans, it cost me $350 ish to fix the wires.

Careful until you get it looked at and figured out. You might not have a working fan on your truck and could overheat depending what your doing.
