Gear oil...how much?
Is 8 quarts of severe gear 75W-90 Synthetic enough for a '07 4X4 with stock covers?

Yep, I got 8 to do mine a couple of months ago and I still have a whole and 1/2 of one left. Took about a little under 3 for the front, and a little under 4 for the rear.

Buddy of mine who works at the local Dodge dealer talked to the mechs. they said 4-5 in the rear and 3 for the front.
