G56 fill "invention"

So we were BS'n about the best way to get an extra quart of fluid in our G56's when we came up with this: Take a stock fill plug, drill and tap it for a fitting and screw an elbow into it, pointing up. Fill the 7 qts thru the elbow and fit a cap.

Will it work? Is it already something I can buy and just don't know about? Waddya think?

BTW, since I need to top up this morning I'll have to use a more primitive method for now. If I drive the passenger side up on 6" blocks, will the tilt be enough?

Wink

I usually take the top bolt off of the PTO cover and fill from there!

It was the NV people used to overfill, don't think you need to with the G56.
