Fuel Injector Issue

Hey everybody, on my way home the other day I got a check engine light and it felt like I was in a wagon being pulled by a three legged horse. Checked the codes and I got P0203, which is an 'Injector circuit malfunction - cylinder no. 3' and P2146 which reads 'Injector - group A, supply voltage, open circuit. I removed the valve cover to inspect the wiring going to the injectors and everything seems fine. I checked the no. 3 injector with a multimeter and got an ohm reading of 53.2. Then I checked the other injectors and consistently got an ohm reading of 0.5. Is it safe to assume that I just need to replace the no. 3 injector and call it day? Thanks.

I think the resistance should be less than 1 ohm. I'd guess there is something wrong in that injector circuit.

Yeah that's what I had read somewhere else. Just wanted to make sure before I committed to buying an injector.
