front and rear end

I have a 2007 3500 and I want to know if I can put 10 bolt hubs on my front and rear end so I can put 19.5 10 bolt wheels on or would I have to change the whole front and rear end and if so would the dodge 4500 fit in or the sterling bullet front and rear

Check Stockton Wheels in Cali.
They have what you need I think.
They will make the rims w/our bolt pattern in 19.5 I believe.

Not really a direct answer to your question (as I don't know) but there is a company that makes some nice 19.5" wheels for our bolt pattern. They are are called Rickson wheels . I was looking into getting a set but they are hard to come by in Canada . Look them up if it sounds interesting.

Dodge634, where have you found them in Canada ? I looked a bit when I was needing tires and I didn't see any reasonable options. IfI knew of a place to get them I might consider them next time around.
