Front end squat

My dad bought a new '06 quadcab CTD 2 wheel drive in January this year just after I bought mine. I always thought it sat up higher than it does now, just not as high as mine. I pulled up next to him today and I swear, the front end is sitting much lower than when he bought it 5 months ago. Both are 100% stock.

Anyone with an '06 2WD know if these begin to squat in the front after awhile?

The truck came that way from the factory, you are not imagining things. I want my truck level to, but it is a hard answer to get on how to get the darn thing level, i have done major research.

Dude all it takes is a 2 inch leveling kit, probably around $400 installed.

Search for LEVELING KIT, and you'll get tons of threads.

Good Luck,

Mark

Most of the posts you will find are 2" leveling kits for 4wd only. Havnt seen many for 2wd trucks.

I think there are some guys who are running a 1.5'' Daystar leveling kit on the 2wd trucks. Try a search for Daystar.

My 2004 555 305 2wd sqats at the front also...looks "squatier" from the front than from the side probably due to some negative camber.
The long box 2wd does handle like a dream for such a big truck...it is a highway wolf!

Daystar makes a 1", 1.5" and 2.5" coil spring lifts for our 2wd trucks.
