Question Engine Acting Funny

So I noticed today that my engine feels to be idling a little funny at start up. Today when I started it the truck the idle felt a bit rough. Have any of you guys experienced this? It also sounded like it was making a kind of clicking noise when I accelerated. When I was crusing on the highway it seemed fine but when exited the freeway and then accelerated a bit I noticed the "clicking" noise. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or have an idea of what it is. I'm about 1300 miles shy of the 36000 miles so I plan on taking the truck in to get it checked out but I'd like to have any idea of what to tell the techs before I take it in. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Manuel

Probably an injector going. Because yer bone stock and assuming yer not using any fuel additives and conditioners, they should hook you up w/ new parts. Did I mention additives will void a warranty on yer fuel system?
