Elec. trans case

Has anyone heard of any failure of the electronic shift transfer cases?

I got several guy's runnin em in hard off-road use and no failures as of yet. I got one guy who has 10,000 hard commercial use miles on his all ready and no problems as of yet. He say's he loves it more every day. 8)

LoL, oh well whats another 200 bucks :P Where on the dash is the switch located? I couldn't tell if the interior pics you showed was a 4wd truck or not..

It is right behind the shift **** in that first pic. You can only get that on the Laramie though.

You can get the electric shift transfer case on the SLT also, it is a $545 option....

Educate me ???<br>[/quote]<br><br>I went on Dodge's website and built a 3500 SRW Quad Cab SLT and it is a $545 option, I tried to build it on a DRW SLT but this option was not available on the SLT nor was it available on the 2500 SLT....

Ah yes, the ol Dodge site. It must have been a computer gliche. Because my order computers show no such thing.

I looked on two other sites and they both will allow option code DH3 (Electronic shift on the fly transfer case) on a 3500 SRW QC SLT. This may be a glitch but it's on all three sites...
