Edge boost alert

Is everyone else hitting their boost alert everytime they step on it mostly in 5th or 6th... I have it set at 38psi and I set it off all the time is this about right? I punished a power joke on the highway yesterday and the boost alert was going off the as I held it to the floor for about ten seconds.... and blew by him... am I going to blow something? should I turn that alert off ? the edge will still protect the truck right

Being that you have an 06' and low to mid 40s are a VERY common occurance with these stock turbos after a boost fooler is put in place, I would set the truck to defuel when you hit 40PSI and set the alert to 38PSI. That's what I am running on my truck and since I'm not constantly in the skinny pedal, feel really safe doing so...that's what Edge recommended afterall.

Yeah I hit 48psi on level two a few days ago.... In stock level its hard to get it over 30. With the edge through on any level over 1 it will easily hit 40+. I changed my alert to 40 and get off of it as soon as it goes off. (most of the time anyhow You just have to look at the fact that if it goes...well you need to get a new one anyhow.
