ECM flash warranty?

Does anyone know whether and ECM reflash is covered under the 3yr/36 warranty, the 7/70 or the 7/100 warranty. I am about 22 days from being out of my 3/36 and if it is only covered under 3/36 or 7/70 then I want to take it in to get the latest flash for "enhancements"...if 7/100 then I may wait...

Thanks for any info in advance,

My ECM was reflashed at no charge to me. I believe you need a specific complaint that the reflash can/will resolve then it is done under warranty.

Thanks...mine was also reflashed 2 times under warranty (white smoke and white smoke with fuel economy improvements)...the problem is I am coming out of the basic warranty in 22 days....as far as a complaint...I can make the truck have IAT rationality issues or battery temp rationality issues or a cooling fan problem that the bulletin describes and complain of it and they will reflash it ( I have connections in the trade that makes it a little easier) I just need to know if the reflashes are covered under Basic warranty, Powertrain warranty or the Cummins engine warranty.

In case anyone is wondering the bulletin I am wanting done is: http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2006/18-022-06.htm

All flashes are covered under the basic warranty unless it is to change an owners preference (chirp or no chirp when you lock unlock, doors locking at 15mph etc.).. If the flash you need done is emission related then it would be covered under the emissions warranty. If it related to the diesel engine it would be covered under the Cummins warranty. So to answer your question it just depends on what flash you need done.
The flash you referenced to 18-022-06 is covered by the 5/100 diesel engine emissions warranty.
