ECM flash??

ECM flash??
Okay I no longer have the smarty jr on the truck, sold to my dad as I need the money. I am running my old bully dog power pup and it throws the code P0602 which I found is very common. Question is, should I have the ECM flashed? I clear the code but it comes right back. The truck is running fine so I'm thinking just deal with it until I can buy another smarty jr then have the ECM flashed. What say you??
