ECM flash = more power?

Took the truck into dealer for warranty replacement of the door seals and a seat belt issue (plastic on one of the back belts cracked). At my pleading, the dealer installed TSB 18-022-06 This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Engine Control Module
(ECM) with new software http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2006/18-022-06.htm
I now have much improved throttle response and improved off the line power. Anyone else see the same results with this flash? The only other work done was an oil change.

BTW they wanted 170 per axle to replace the diff fluid--I respectfully declined--I will do that myself.

Have you had any of the other previous flashes for white smoke at startup or hesitation (18-007-04 or 18-037-04). Only reason I ask is if you hadn't then you got these as part of the same flash...if you had already previously had them and then done this one and noticed a power increase then I may have to consider.
I have already had the previous 2 flashes and did notice a power and fuel economy increase with those.

I have had 18-037-04 done, didn't notice any performance improvement, but mileage went up and overhead is much more accurate.

So you noticed more power with the new flash? Maybe I should look into this one as well...
