Duramax CP3 Question

I've searched and havent found the answer but will a Duramax CP3 be a direct drop in replacement for our 04.5 - 07 Cummins CP3?

The bolt pattern is the same but the fuel inlet and outlets are in different spots. So hooking it up with fatory lines wont work.
