Replaced rear u-joint last year, felt a vibration 6 months after replacing the rear and shop said u-joints were fine. Vibration got really, really bad - removed entire two piece shaft and clear as day one u-joint had no bearing needles.

Driveshaft place near me said they could make a 1 piece steel but they are now reconsidering / concerned. They intend on using my yokes from my two piece.

Does anyone have a steel 1 piece and if so , what is the od / thickness of the wall?

If this shop can / will not make one, what is part number for a 2004.5 quad 4x4 long bed part number and best place to buy? I tow 12k lbs, stock truck with smarty jr on tow mode.
