driveline vibration

hey guys. It seems as if something is out of balance in my drivetrain. When i hit speeds over 50 mph i feel a slight vibration. It only does it under acceleration.

I am thinking U joints, but when I crawled under there nothing seems loose. There is no movement in the driveshaft.

80,000 miles

any ideas?

TIA

Good to hear the solution. I had a similar complaint and my dealer couldn't find anything wrong on two occasions. I had been under it a few times myself and never found anything wrong either.

I eventually used 4 jackstands I had purchased for working on my other truck and once I took the weight off the tires, I found all kinds of play. My front driveshaft was shot! I personally laid hands on it the week before and it felt tight.
