Cummins 600

Has anyone seen a Cummins 600 yet? When are they expected to arrive? I am very curious to see all of the changes Dodge made to the rest of the truck.
Thanks Jason

Was on the Dodge.com site and my local dealer had one, so we load up to go see. "600 what 600?" "We can't find it" I'd hate for that to happen after I bought one.

Don't set yourself up for a disappiontment, This body style has not be around that long and I would not think they would be up for alot of changes. I think they will mainly be engine related.

I was talking abount engine changes. IE the exhaust, EGR or catalytic converter. I am also curious about transmission and driveline mods. The nv5600 is not rated for that much torque, from the factory. It was mostly a curiosity thing not a worry thing.
Thanks Jason

This was covered in another thread where someone posted info copied from the TDR site. Basically... no EGR (yet), but will have a cat along with 5" exhaust system. Also new turbo with ECM-controlled wastegate and a three-stage fuel injection process vs. the current two.

I don't remember seeing anything mentioned about driveline mods but I might have missed that... anyway as far as the NV5600 not being rated for that much torque, well... I guess it is now...

Cool

No EGR until Jan. 1, 2007 according to Cummins, so I can see people scrambling to buy their 2007s early

No concern here, I think the 400 hp/900 ft. lb. torque rating the engine will have by 2007 will take my mind off the EGR...

I'm sure some people will find a way to whine about EGR. They always do.
