Crank Case Vent Filter?
The only think I could find was for the 6.7.... not the 5.9.
They recommend 67k miles. However I believe the one on the 5.9 is more of oil vaptor accumulator than filter. Unless your noticing leaking or anything like that I would leave it alone.

The CCV on a 5.9 does not need to be replaced unless it is leaking from the O-ring.
The CCV on a 6.7 cummins is a diffrent beast due to it's intgeral role in the EGR system, and DOES need to be serviced at intervals.
