ive had some hard start issues and got codes p0148 and p0251 (not exactly sure on the 251) but it said return valve problem i think... any how took the truck to the people at the dodge house and they told me the lift pump(first guess at the problem due to 129,000 miles and whining) was not the problem. i asked them what the psi from the tank was and they told me that wasnt the right way. said the fuel was checked by volume. but they did say that the codes above mentioned "told" them it was a bad cp3. but i kinda figured a bad cp3 would give me more trouble than a hard start. just looking for another opinion any help would be appreciated.
