No sleeves in this engine so it's not necesary, just use regular, good quality coolant and keep it clean and changed.

Has not so much to do with electrolysis, has a lot to do with cavitation. For the reason Tool mentioned, not required on our trucks.

There ae several on the market, wix, fleetgard are the ones I use. You should always add the coolant conditioner once per year regardless of driving and type of coolant. It keeps the ph correct and prevents corrosion, erosion, lubes the w/pump, and keeps the entire cooling system clean. Semi's that use it regular and test the coolant can go 1,000,000 miles on extended life coolant or 10 years. I have opened up a few with over 800,000 miles and the water jackets and rad are like new inside. I've also opened them up when the additive wasn't used, the rad is usually plugged, the water jackets are full of crust, the gaskest and injector tubes are corroded thru, engines overheating under load and blowing head gaskets, and the list goes on and on.
