Compression test

Getting about 10-15 drops of oil out of the blowby tube on the garage floor. Nothing covering the bottom of the truck so it doesn't leak while driving that I can tell. Thinking of having a compression test to confirm broken rings. Can this be done at a "mom and pop" shop or does it take dealer equipment to do it? Ballpark figure on cost?
