Comander installation

I am thinking of getting the comander computerized gauge but don't think that I want to install it my self. Any suggestions on a place that I can trust to do it right and also how involved is the instalation process. I am mechanicaly minded but dont' want to spend alot of time messing with it. Is it one of those things that I could do, but might take me all day, when someone that has done them before could do in an hour or so? What should I expect to pay for installation as well. If it is alot I may be perswaded to try it myself. Thanks! I love this forum. I just sold my 01' five speed with 71000 miles and bought an 06 automatic brand new, leather seats and the works. So far I love it but was aprehensive to switch to automatic. . .am I going to be happy or regretfull? What are your opinions. . . Smart move or not? Not that I can do anything about it now but I always like to hear others opinions.

thanks again
Jared

I'd say don't waste your money on having someone else do it. I just put one in mine and it took me maybe two hours to complete the job. The toughest part of the job for me was routing the wiring so it looked nice. It was a little scary to drill and tap the manifold, but after it was done it turned out to be no big deal. I did check with a shop near me about the egt probe install and they quoted me $50 for it, but I decided to do it myself. Just get out there and do it it's easy.

I've been thnking of getting one too. I went to their website and you can see the installation instructions. They make it sound pretty simple. I still haven't decided though.

Do it yourself, it's a piece of cake. I did the majority of mine on my lunch break at work over the coarse of a few days. The only thing I did at home was the pyrometer and A-pillar.
