Cold weather giving seal problems

So I was looking underneath my truck the other day while fixing up the wiring mess from my winterization and I noticed the front output seal on my T-case, tranny cooler line, and water pump all had fluid around them as if they've all started leaking at the same time. Recent temps have been -20 to -40 for the past week or so. My question is: is this due to the cold weather only or should I be more concerned? All the fluid levels are within range but I'll be keeping an eye on them in the future.
On a better note: we've got a heat wave coming with a high of +7 today.
