Cold weather = steering wheel vibs at idle??

Been in the mid-upper 20's the last two nights, and I've been noticing a relatively severe vibration coming through the steering wheel at idle (~700-800RPM) once the truck gets warmed up. I say once it's warmed up because I don't hang onto the wheel while it's idling and I'm out scraping the windows, and then I just hop in and start driving... But I notice it when I slow down for the first stop sign a mile or so down the road. Anyhow, it doesn't really fall into the TSB vibration issue because it only mentions 2000-2200RPM range vibs. Anyone have any thoughts? Could it be the same problem? I never had the TSB done, but I've read all the posts on it and no one really mentioned low-RPM steering wheel vibes...

I would flush the fluid in your power steering system. Somehow it sounds as if you have some water in with the fluid that is partially freezing. This is causing the power steering pump to have to work a lot harder to try to do its job. It is designed to pump fluids, and if you have water that is freezing, it is pumping more of a solid than a liquid, thus the vibration.

Huh, very sound theory! I'll give it a shot, easy enough to do at least and since it's 3+ years old, it's probably due... Thanks!
