Codes and Bucking

I have a code that wont go away, P0336 the crank position sensor, I have replaced it with a cummins sensor. The issue still stayed, inspected the tone ring everything checks out...I clear the code and it comes back as soon as I start the truck. When starting the truck sometimes it will fire right up other times it just doesn't wanna start. While driving it bucks. Everything is intermittent.
Any ideas what I'm not looking at? I got to get this Fixed!!!!

Yeah i think i got it figured out...there was a bad signal wire going to the a/c pressure switch...and the pressure switch was bad. From what i gathered the 5 volt signal is shared through out the circuit so if one gets shorted out it could effect something you not expect.
