have a buddy that has an 03 with a nv5600 in it and he is fixing to get rid of it. the clutch he has is a enhanced one and he was wondering if it would work on an 06 with the g56. so if anyone can tell me i sure would appreciate it. i thought that the flywheel would have to be used off the 03 also but i'm not sure

 

the clutch will work but the flywheel will not, SB or Valair make a replacement solid flywheel for these

 

so then the clutch will work with the current flywheel on the 06. or does the flywheel need to be replaced

 

the 06 has a g56 trans and dual mass flywheel the clutch and pressure plate will work but yes you need a different flywheel call dan at valair

 

Will the G56 stand up to the shock loading with a non-spring flywheel or is that 'currently undergoing consumer testing'?
