Clicking noise

I have an 03 dodge. 3500 with the turbo Diesel. I have this "clicking" noise from the drivers side when the engine gets up to and over 2000 rpm. I can't figure out what it would be. Any help would be great.

Do you have any power adders on your truck? Is this only under WOT? I ha something similiar happening with mine. Mine only occurred under full throttle situations. Mine turned out to be the head gasket starting to go bad. It seemed like a clicking noise that I could not figure out until the head gasket finally really blew out.
