Yesterday evening on my way back into town my check engine light came on. I pulled over to a gas station and shut her off. I did the three on-off to check the codes and it came up with nothing. I was hoping after the truck sat overnight that it would have cleared but it hasn't. I re-checked for codes this morning and still nothing. The truck sounds and drives normally. Any suggestions??

 

Hello ,hard too say what it is, buy a scan tool, well worth it can tell you cods and clear them too ,cheaper then going too dealer, I've got a innova 3040 works great.

 

I went to O'Reilly and they did a scan for me and P0868 came up. Possible cause is my governor pressure sensor. So I went to the place where I had my transmission replaced and I'm scheduled for Monday to recheck and probably replace the part. I already had it replaced back in March so it's still under warranty. I'm hoping this will be the last time I have to get this sensor replaced because I'm getting tired going in to get it replaced!
