Check engine light

Hope this is the right spot, the dealer did the airbag recall and screwed up my horn ring, still waiting for parts, anyways since this I get a P2509 code, looked it up and says,cm/pcm power input signal interm, I dont compute, would this code have to do with what the dealer did or should I be looking at something else, thanks guys for any help.

P2509 is usually caused from bad connections at battery or battery problem.

Well my batteries are 10 years old, so they may be going out. not an expence I need right now, thanks for the info.
