So I went up the ladder a little today, and also talked with another dealer about the situation. I explained that his worker did not want to diagnose the problem, he wanted to throw parts at it, on my tab

He explained that he was gone for the last two weeks (I am not sure if I should believe him yet but we will see) and he listened to what I had to say and would get back to me soon.
