Limped into PALM Spr a couple of weeks ago,cam sensor gone,the code came on again yesterday plus the skim key code,cleared them but have not driven the truck as yet. Anyone else run into these issues ,any advice ,info appr.

Both are common '06 problems.

Checked the wires by the AC comp, everything looks fine.The wires are routed up wards and are difficult to see ,so is there another contact point to look for.I moved the wires around and the truck ran great for an 1/2 hr ,then the engine light came on again,sure acts like a short somewhere.
