blown turbo in fort Saskatchewan

Happy New Year

On our way to the lake and the turbo decided to give 50km shy of 200,000! Of all nights! How much work and turbo cost is a guy looking at? Any suggestions on a long weekend to start out a wonderful year?

I believe over on AB diesels (most members in Alberta) there are a couple he351's in the classifieds section, its a free site you just have to register, i believe the one I saw posted was 400-500$. its an hour or so to change, not hard, just a couple bolts are hard to get at.

I dont believe turbo failure at 200,000kms is the norm, could be any number of underlaying issues
